Anitha Chowdary (born April 14, 1980, in Calcutta) is an Indian actress, TV presenter, and classical dancer. She rose to fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a popular television anchor before moving into films. Over the years, she has appeared in more than 20 character roles, including notable performances in Varudu (2010), Uyyala Jampala (2013), and Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki. Apart from films, she is also well known for her work in Telugu television serials such as Ruthuragalu, Katsuri, and Nanna. A versatile performer, Anitha has consistently balanced acting with hosting, and she continues to explore diverse roles across media.
