Biography

Jonathan Lim is a graduate of Beijing Film Academy and New York Film Academy. In 2008, Jonathan Lim wrote and directed his feature film "SLAM" which was acquired and distributed by Sony Pictures Television and China Film Group. In 2010, Jonathan Lim co-wrote and directed Sony Pictures "Sophia's Diary" an interactive web/TV drama series that had a viewership of over 100 million viewers. Jonathan was also the show-runner for a weekly television show for the NBA titled "Made in NBA" that was broadcast over 40 channels in Mainland China, and also produced the localized first season of the "Dr.Oz" show for Sony Pictures Television in China. "Pali Road" was the first official Hawaii-China co-production, a romantic thriller starring popular Taiwanese Actress Michelle Chen, Twilight's Jackson Rathbone and Sung Kang from the Fast & Furious franchise, in which Jonathan Lim won best new Director at the Chinese American Film Festival.
