Larry Ormand Holley was born in Lubbock on Oct. 7, 1925 to Lawrence and Ella Holley. Larry was the oldest of the Holley children and he was the last living sibling. He passed away on April 7, 2022. Travis Holley, Patricia Lou Holley-Kaiter, and Buddy Holly all preceded him in death.
