Biography

Oleg Ravilyevich Asadulin (born October 5, 1971; Chelyabinsk) is a Russian film director, clipmaker, screenwriter and producer. He became famous thanks to the film "Phobos. Fear Club" and the TV series "Closed School". Born in a Tatar family, In 1998 Oleg graduated from the Mukhin School in St. Petersburg, having received an artist's education, and went to Berlin, where he entered the University of Film and Television, at the Director's Department, and successfully graduated from it. He shot commercials and video clips, as well as arthouse movies and horror. In Ukraine, he shot a successful mini-series "Miracle", after which he moved to Moscow, where he continued his work as a director.
